Last week I took Wednesday afternoon off and took my 4-year-old to the zoo for a mommy/daughter day. No clients. No phones. No checking email. Just 5 hours dedicated to creating memories and connection with my little one. When I got home, she was excitedly telling her dad and sister (and anyone else that would listen) all about the baby tigers she saw and the giraffes she got to feed…and of course the extra special treat of McDonald’s for lunch. To this little girl it was the best day ever!
When was the last time you were able to just block off time in the middle of the week to do something for yourself? Or to spend time with your kids? I mean real-time where you weren’t feeling guilty or checking your phone every 5 minutes to see what you were missing back in your business? A time where you didn’t have to pay for it by working into the wee hours of the morning?
(Hey, dad, this means you too! Can you step away to chaperone the school field trip or coach your kid’s soccer team?)
Many times, as a small business owner, this can feel like a far-away dream. You feel overwhelmed and pulled in a million directions between your work and your family. You are working so hard trying to build a successful business, but you also feel guilty because you want to spend time with the people who matter most. You just wish you could create the level of income and flexibility you want so that you can live the life you dream about.
If this sounds familiar, then my latest Small Business Growth Program could be perfect for you. It is a small group coaching program where I work alongside of you to help you build the strategies, knowledge, and accountability you need to keep your business growing while you gain control! I know your time and resources are limited, which is why this 3-month program is designed to keep you focused on the key things that will help you build your business and find your freedom.
We’ll focus on things like:
- Defining what success looks like for YOU
- Creating structure to create more balance
- Harnessing the entrepreneurial mindset
- Time management and productivity
- Strategic planning; and
- Removing barriers
