Working with Empowered Leadership starts with a complimentary consultation. If we agree to work together, I then speak with both you and your manager to discuss your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. This helps identify what areas are most critical or beneficial to start working on first.
We keep key stakeholders involved, such as HR and your manager. Together we set goals and commit to action items that allow you to practice new habits and get feedback. So much of leadership development is about habit change and is a process. It is not completed in one week. In fact, it can take up to three months before old habits are replaced with new ones. An executive coach will provide the feedback, accountability, and encouragement you need to ensure your new habits and improved leadership skills stick.
